Truffle courses
	Half day Programme: 2 hours of theoretical study of truffles with an expert professor from the University of Perugia + practice in the truffle grounds. Dates: once per month during the 2009 season (Saturday afternoon). Saturday 23 May 2009 Saturday 20 June 2009 Saturday 18 July 2009 Saturday 22 August 2009 Saturday 19 Sptember 2009 Saturday 17 October 2009 Alternative date courses can be organised upon request. Full day Programma: 3 hours of theoretical study of truffles with an expert professor from the University of Perugia + practice in the truffle grounds or a visit to the Urbani Tartufi factory (only during weekdays). Date: upon request.
	Day and a half Programme: 6 hours of theoretical study of truffles with an expert professor from the University of Perugia + practice in the truffle grounds for truffle collection + demonstration with dog. Dates: upon request. Course participation certificate issued. Eight days Programme: 30 hours of theoretical study in the classroom with participation from professors with ten years of specialised scientific research from the University of Perugia. Practice in the truffle grounds for collection with dog. Dates: upon request. Course participation certificate issued.
	Cooking course Programme: practical cooking course dedicated to truffle preparation at the “Accademia del Tartufo” . Each participant will have his/her own operating workstation and will be taught by professional chefs. Course length: half day (different length courses are available upon request). Dates: upon request.
	Dog course Programme: 1 hour of theoretical study with an expert truffle collector + 2 hours of practical dog training work in the truffle grounds. Dates:: upon request. Dog shelter areas are available inside Activo Park for your truffle hunting dog.
