Cooking courses

Thanks to collaboration with Urbani Tartufi, the school is able to offer lessons in the “seductive” aspects of this most precious mushroom, with cooking courses at the elegant Accademia del Tartufo. The sophisticated workstations which the Urbani family has assigned for cooking courses are ready to host all those enthusiasts interested in learning the secrets of truffle preparation.
	Programmes
	Cooking course Programme: practical cooking course dedicated to truffle preparation at the “Accademia del Tartufo” . Each participant will have his/her own operating workstation and will be taught by professional chefs. Course length: half day (different length courses are available upon request). Dates: upon request.
